The frequency, format and formality of reviewing and reporting need to be aligned to the needs of both organizations’ governance requirements.
For example, Team Managers may need to produce two Checkpoint Reports, one for the customer’s Project Manager and one for the supplier’s management.

The contents of these reports may vary (for example, the Checkpoint Report to the supplier’s management may include details of new sales opportunities).
